So am I the only one who despises the month of January due to the over crowded, highly hopeful gym-class drop outs who stalk the fitness centers? I rounded up some of the best at home workouts for you to try while avoiding the heaps of gym enthusiasts throughout the first month of 2013. You are very welcome!
