MVFW Starts Tomorrow

Here’s what to expect..

Obviously it goes without saying, there’s a lot of uncertainty when it comes to the first ever Metaverse Fashion Week, which will be held in Decentraland’s virtual world.  Will the designs translate?  Will people buy?  Will there even be a decent amount of attendees?

This is the ultimate physical versus digital experiment and to be quite honest, it’s thrilling. MVFW is the largest digital fashion event to date – and the best part?  Unlike fashion week in the real world, MVFW doesn’t discriminate – it’s open to anyone and everyone.

Over the four-day period, there will be a full schedule of ongoing events.  From shows and showrooms to stores, panels and virtual parties – maybe even a few wearable NFT drops for avatars?! – MVFW is designed to test brand and consumer appetite for digital fashion.

More than 60 brands are on deck to participate in Metaverse Fashion Week, including Tommy Hilfiger, Dolce & Gabbana, Elie Saab, Nicholas Kirkwood, Perry Ellis, Imitation of Christ, Estée Lauder, Etro and more.  Do you plan on attending this highly anticipated immersive experience?
