NYFW recap

“And then, on the seventh day, God ended fashion week.” -NYC Doorman

Well kids, we made it! NYFW is officially over and LFW has begun. From burgundy booties to ankle straps and brogues, street style did not disappoint. Biebs and Naomi weren’t the only surprise celeb cameos. Rita Ora – the new face of DKNY – rocked it on the runway closing the show for the designer. And the number one trend for Spring 2014? Crop tops. No designer’s collection was complete without a peak of a model’s midriff.

Dream skirts paired with awkwardly clunky shoes, athletic inspired frocks, geometric and tie-dye prints all added to the fresh looks of what’s to come for Spring 2014.

Who’s collection was your favorite? The floral metallics at Zimmerman had me at hello.
