Bananas and chocolate are my two of my all time favorite foods. This morning while watching a rare session of Good Morning America <I am not a fan>, I heard the most fascinating fact.. APPARENTLY, eating a banana before you go to bed at night will help you sleep more soundly. In the words of Gwen Stefani – “this ish is bananas, B A N A N A S”!
