My favorite french fries are from McDonald’s. Kidding.
If you know anything about me, it’s that I LOVE to eat french fries – well done, of course.
A few months ago, I spotted Gwyneth Paltrow’s no-fry recipe on Pinterest, and it’s probably one of my all-time favorites. Best part? You can make them at home – and they’re semi-healthy.
How to Make:
Cut up potatoes
Place them in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes
Dry them off and toss them with olive oil
Place them on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt
Bake at 450 for 25 minutes, turning occasionally
*I sometimes like to switch it up and replace the regular potatoes with sweet and the salt with cinnamon – insanely scrumptious!
