Sources are now saying eating dessert for breakfast can actually help you lose weight. Not only is your metabolism at it’s best in the morning, but indulging in a treat early in the day will help you from craving carbs and sugar later on.

I for one, have always told myself eating chocolate for breakfast was healthy, but now finding this is a real fact is overwhelmingly excellent. My go-to breakfast treat you ask? Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies <pictured above> of course!
