TBT to last week’s Halloween festivities. My friends and I boarded Captain Lucky’s yacht and hosted a costume soiree where grown men dressed as minions brawled, a 22-year-old “Taylor Swift” got swiped right multiple times on her cardboard Tinder cutout, and Zac Efron’s ACTUAL boy-toy was in attendance (no really).
I was dressed as Cher, a hippie – whatever you want to call me. Best thing about my costume? I was able to pull everything from my closet.
Palazzo pants. A fifth grade staple turned grown-up fat pants.
These loose, wide-legged woman’s pants were a hit this past summer and the main focus of my Cher costume. The wide leg and light fabric are perfect for keeping cool and trendy on hot summer days turned into nights. They’re elegant, feminine – and look great with a crop top. Pair them with the right coat and you can totally get away with these in the colder months.
