Show of hands – who was a Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen fan? Me too.
Their 28th birthday was this past Friday the 13th (it’s been a decade since their 18th birthday bash..let that sink in) and in honor of the big day, some friends and I watched some of our favorite MK&A movies. Tell me you didn’t know all the lines of “Holiday in the Sun” by heart..or was that just me?
One of my favorites was always “When in Rome” – basically the twins partake in a summer intern program, cause some mischief, and still find time to look fab and get their flirt on in Italy.
Call it an inside joke or whatever you may, but there was this one line me and my friends would always repeat from the scene where the summer interns had to introduce themselves “Heidi, Munich Germany” – ask my why it’s funny and I could not tell you.

Regardless, anytime I wear my hair in these Heidi braids, I always get that one line stuck in my head.
