While dancing is a fun way to incorporate cardio into your workout routine, I always up my lunge count so I literally don’t dance my ass off. (Something Nikki B doesn’t have to worry about)
I recently had to wear a bikini for a calendar shoot. Wanting to look both toned and slim, I added Pure Barre sessions into my weekly workout regimen. Pure Barre is a total body work out that burns fat and tones target areas all in one session. The best part? – it was inspired by ballet.
