I was beyond excited when this luxury lingerie retailer invited me for a firsthand lingerie styling experience at their King of Prussia store. I even got to check out their AW16 collection! As someone who hasn’t worn a bra since May (it’s summer, ok?!), I was in desperate need of some guidance when it came to fit, comfort and style for the upcoming fall season.
Rigby & Peller did a survey among US women about their lingerie shopping habits and basically came to the conclusion that American women wear the same bra every day and are very reluctant to replace their bras…(shocking and guilty)! According to the study, women need more knowledge about the importance of regularly rotating bras, replacing over-worn styles and getting properly sized for a bra that is both comfortable and beautiful. As one of the 70% welcoming expert advice to help build her underwear collection with pieces that fit well and build confidence, I was happy for Rigby & Peller to find me a bra that fits well, but also suits my lifestyle needs.
I settled on a red lace set by Stella McCartney because it was comfortable, showed off my assets, felt amazing and looked great. I’m so thankful for the Rigby & Peller stylists. Turns out I (like most women) had been wearing the wrong bra size for years. What I love most is how confident and supported I feel in their lingerie – not to mention completely on trend and ready to take on fall 2016!
