Episode 5 has us living life in a PG – – “Post Grundy” – – world, and to be honest, I’m not so sure I like it.
Veronica gives us a Nicholas Sparks reference. Cheryl rebels by wearing the white dress from the day of her brother’s disappearance to his memorial. We learn that Polly and Jason were engaged?! This little tidbit of info officially adds the Cooper’s to the list of potential murder suspects – mainly Betty’s dad.
My biggest takeaway from this episode though was that the brooch is officially back. I strongly questioned an article I recently read citing the brooch being a thing (a la Carrie Bradshaw circa SATC), but Cheryl Blossom has quite the collection.
