There’s a low-key turf war brewing between the Lodge’s and the Jones’ on this week’s Riverdale and in the blink of one quick murder, the lives of the Cooper women were forever changed.
Alice and Betty stuff the body in a sewer pipe because they’ve clearly never seen Breaking Bad. (We later find out FP is a big Heisenberg fan.) After puking at school, Betty goes back to visit the dead guy – in case he got up to stretch – and takes his cell phone as a souvenir. Turns out he was Chic’s drug dealer.
The FBI is hard balling Archie into cooperating with them in their Hiram Lodge “investigation” so Archie runs to Hiram for help since they’re threatening his dad. We later find out the investigation is non-existent and all just a front for Archie to prove his loyalty to the Lodge family – he passed btw.
Cheryl tells Betty about her dad’s extra curricular activities – he’s been seeking comfort in Cheryl’s mom, the harlot. The Mayor resigns because she doesn’t want her affair with Kevin’s dad to be exposed. And Jughead and FP help the Cooper women rectify their murder sitch.
