The town’s ongoing battle with darkness continued on last night’s episode of Riverdale.
Archie learns the news of Ms. Grundy’s murder while Betty tries to save Pop’s. Newly-cast, Reggie is SO hot you guys!!! We also learn that he’s the go-to drug dealer at Riverdale High – and his specialty? The “jingle jangle.”
I feel bad for Archie because his dad was shot, his teacher (who he banged a la Pacey season one of Dawson’s Creek) was strangled to death with a violin bow, and it seems as though someone is def taking shots at those closest to him – but for what reason? Also, the fact that he thinks guarding his house with a baseball bat is beneficial is highly concerning…
We also get a hint at Betty Cooper’s dark side. She bullies Cheryl into testifying in favor of Jughead’s dad to lesson his prison sentence. That or she will release a video of Mr. Blossom killing her brother.
Drug deals, Serpents, guns, another murder – oh, and the fact that Hiram Lodge now owns Pop’s – I have so many questions after last night. The main one being WHAT kind of drug is named “jingle jangle”?!?!
