Minus the awkward dance moves during her premier performance of ’22’ and pre-rehearsed acceptance speech (a la Anne Hathaway), I actually loved Taylor Swift’s look on the blue carpet at the Billboard Music Awards this past Sunday. The Zuhair Murad Pre-Fall 2013 mini was the perfect dress for the leggy singer.
