Shift dresses have always been a staple in my wardrobe. Blame it on my childhood love of Lilly Pulitzer or my Spice Girls obsession (don’t tell me you didn’t love Ginger’s British flag shift). I find them sexy, timeless and (most importantly) comfortable.
I was recently introduced to Rachel Turzer, the designer behind Kora Rae. The pieces in her collection embrace tradition, exquisite design and natural beauty.
As an animal lover, I love that her muse is an 8-month-old tiger she rescued named Kora. Kora has become a symbol of freedom, beauty and elegance and with each purchase, Kora Rae dedicates a portion of every sale to sponsor the National Tiger Sanctuary in Saddlebrooke, Missouri.
For Mother’s Day, I wore Kora Rae’s ‘Traveler’ dress. This printed shift dress is lightweight and versatile.
