Wellness Tips from Pamela Anderson

I remember hearing Pam in an interview once discussing how she keeps herself from snacking at night by brushing her teeth as soon as she’s done eating dinner – and to this day, I do it too.  It’s a freaking genius move.

So what other wellness tips can we learn from the OG who walked so Kim, Kourtney, and Megan could run?..  For starters, she follows a strict vegetarian diet of lots of fruits and veggies, drinks a ton of water, and chews sugar-free gum when cooking as to not pick at the ingredients.  

Lily James, who plays Pamela in the Hulu series, had to follow a strict fitness regime that included lots of boxing to get in shape for the role.
